Hola! Querría saber si hago una compra de una mochila Akami para pesca, que será un regalo de reyes. Hasta cuando se podría hacer devolución si hubiera algún problema?? Si hago la compra ahora, tiene plazo de devolucion hasta despues de reyes? Gracias
El pedido tiene una fecha de devolución de 15 dias naturales desde la fecha de compra. En la época de Navidad (desde el dia 15-12, lo alargamos a 30 días naturales).
Tuve un problema por parte de la empresa transportisita,pero el chico que me atendio desde nautica milan,puso todo de su parte para solucionarlo,y todo fue perfecto. La mochila que compré es una pasada,y llegó en perfectas condiciones. Repetiremos en esta tienda.
