The Daiwa Emblem 45 SCW QD Type-R reel is a reel designed for surf casting anglers from Spain and Portugal. Smooth and fluid rotation are the hallmarks of this surf casting reel.
Daiwa engineers have achieved a fluid and balanced reel that adapts to any fishing situation, thanks to the indications of the Daiwa team from Spain and Portugal.
With the application of Mag Sealed aerospace technology, internal mechanical protection is achieved with smooth rotation, thanks to the magnetized oil that is applied to the shaft.
Another technology that is applied to this reel is SCW (Slow Cross Wrap), with which the recovery is done very quickly for a slow oscillating reel). It allows the line to be positioned correctly for an optimized launch, as well as providing extra stability.
The height of the coils is 45 mm, a measure that makes it easy to reach about 10 meters more than the 35 mm models.
It comes with a main coil and an extra one with capacity for 300 meters of 0.18 mm and an extra one with a capacity of 300 meters of 0.35 mm.
