The 2020 Tournament Surf Basia features a compact body that houses a powerful control wheel. It is 100% Zaion carbon: the body, the side covers and the arched rotor are light and robust. It falls into the high-end category for surfcasting.
Its powerful Digigear II control wheel ensures a linear rise without jerks from surfcasting rigs. This technical gear is protected from salt and water attacks thanks to MagSealed magnetic oil. The latter contains metallic nanoparticles and remains in a stable position both to fluidize the rotation of the rotor and to seal the body.
This rotor is made of Zaion carbon for incredible fluidity and rotational comfort, to which its 10 bearings help, including 7 in anti-corrosion CRBB! The 45 size reel is equipped with a spring-mounted HIP round line clip and QD quick brake, allowing you to switch from a "loose" mode to an activated combat drag with a turn of the brake cap.
