Fiiish Mud Digger 90

The Mud Digger is a combination of concepts that Fiiish has concentrated on a unique and versatile vinyl lure, usable with various movement techniques, in both freshwater and saltwater.

At a glance, we see a long vinyl body with an upside down shovel, with a sabot head (available in 5, 10 and 15 gr) and a fixed but mobile VMC hook, with little travel inside the body.

The head is of the sabot type with stocks and able to keep the Mud Digger in horizontal balance while fishing vertically, even a few centimeters from the bottom when paused; very natural and attractive position for predators.

Thanks to the flat surface of its head, the descent is delayed, giving predators more options to attack.

When paused naturally, the body will remain slightly detached from the bottom with the head resting on the bottom, allowing better dives thanks to better exposure of the hook.

The hook is short stem in relation to the body size of the Mud Digger, which together with its mobility and its concavity, allow more freedom of movement between hook and body. In addition, the mounting of the head with the hook released allows a very simple assembly, just insert it straight.

This concept of released hook considerably avoids tearing of the body during combat.

Another noteworthy detail in this lure is that of the inverted paddle, which enables real and natural swimming while swimming at the bottom. Coupled with its long, flat body but increasing in taper as it approaches the tail, the Mud Digger activates quickly during descent. If we keep it suspended horizontally, swimming offers us a very natural waggle.

The way to use it is very simple. It can be collected in a linear way by dragging it along the bottom alternating with stops, raising mud and causing attacks by curious bottom fish.

It can also be used in mid-water, standing horizontally in the water column or suspended near the bottom, and with slight movements or drift, the tail makes the Mud Digger come alive.

Another movement option would be through saw teeth, provoking any predator in the vicinity.

Especially indicated for fishing for pike and walleye in fresh water, it is also very effective for dances, bass and horse mackerel in salt water.

The heads have a weight of 5, 10 and 15 grams and the length of the lure is 90mm. Heads and bodies available separately as well as jacks that include the 3 different heads with bodies of the same color.
