The seams have been heat sealed externally and sealed inside to prevent water ingress.It includes an interior pocket at chest height that is removable but is not waterproof, so it can not be submerged if you do not want to damage the elements contained in it.
It has adjustable straps and an adjustable nylon belt with reinforced loops for a perfect and comfortable fit. The boots have a lug sole to minimize slipping and are very comfortable.
