Description
This 100% handmade lure in the shape of a pencil that imitates a small needlefish, becomes the favorite bite of all the great predators (anchovies, palometones, sea bass, tuna in general, llampugas, spits ...). This standard version of 25 grams is sunken and makes it possible to search for predators in different sheets of water and to work the lure with various actions and rhythms.

Don Belone's characteristics are unlike any other lure so it should not be confused with sunken stickbaits or jig minnows.
The first impression of the Don Belone is that of the typical "surface pencil", with which he simply "comb" the surface by making it run, displacing water with his mouth and, with pointers, trying to imitate a fish in distress that draws attention erratically.
Although these characteristics are very good for Don Belone and allows him to make differences, it is not only limited to being a simple pencil, since fish do not always want to attack in these conditions. Settling for that means not squeezing 50% of its magnificent potential from this lure. Don Belone is different from other lures.
In addition to using it as a pencil, it can be thrown as far as possible, let it sink for a few seconds and with toe shots, make it surface with more or less strong jerks and with different speeds. When you are close to the surface, try to jerk & stop in the first few centimeters of water, in linear collection. There may be several situations:
• That behind the Don Belone comes the predator that was sought throughout the day and was already disappeared, usually unheard of record fish.
• That, even if not seen, the predator is ambushed a few meters below the lure and, in the most unexpected moment, causes a spectacular surface attack.
• Don Belone will most likely not have time to poke his head past the surface for a bite that will nail him dry.
All this is Don Belone, a lure that will cause unthinkable bites for a pencil in the desired layer of water.
