PoweryMax Power Kit PX10 Battery

Powerymax manufactures the 10 Ah PX Power Kit based on a high-quality lithium-ion cell core that allows a capacity of up to 10 Ah with just 650 grams.
It is protected by a high-quality silicone cover and in turn integrated into a cover that makes it possible to transport it without fear of getting wet. All wiring and connections are protected by threaded connectors and O-rings.

It includes an intelligent charger, and a different one cannot be used to avoid damaging the battery. A first full charge of the battery is recommended before the first use, as well as inserting the protection fuse between the battery and the device.
To extend the life of the product, it is convenient to clean the connectors as well as not to leave the battery at maximum charge if the battery is to be left during a long period of inactivity. It is essential to respect the Red (+) and Black (-) polarities.
Although it is resistant to moisture, it should not be submerged. Its estimated useful life is about 500 charge / discharge cycles.
It is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year according to the Layout of Sale of consumer goods of July 23, 2003.
The content of the kit consists of the battery, smart charger, connection cable to the device, a pair of waterproof connectors and a heat shrinkable sleeve.
The assembly would be done as follows:
1. Cut the heat shrink strip approximately in the middle and first of all run each cable through it leaving enough cable to work comfortably.

2. Our connection cable comes previously stripped leaving part of the end without cover, do the same with the cable of the device to be connected in approximately the same length, winding the strands of the cable to prevent part from coming out when inserting it into the splice connector .

3. Be clear which wire is positive (+) and negative (-) of the device before proceeding to the next point, generally BLACK is (-) and RED (+)

4. Put the stripped cable end on each end of the splice connector ensuring that the central metallic internal part touches the ends of both cables, using pliers tighten this central metallic part leaving the cables fixed to it, once the repeat the operation with the other cable first.

5. Pass a heat source (a simple lighter is sufficient) from the center outward evenly at each of the splice connectors until the tube conforms to the cable and waits for it to cool before proceeding to the next step.

6. Put the piece of heat shrink covering the connector completely and reapply heat to this second layer of protection, leaving the joint completely sealed avoiding moisture ingress that would shorten the life of our Power Battery Kit.
