Salvi Rubber S400 14mm 1.5 m

Salvi S400 rubber bands are made from a blend of 100% Malaysian latex, tested for stretching up to 400%.

The production process is as follows:

Extrusion: this technology ensures a constant diameter, thus guaranteeing consistent performance.

Passage through the pre-vulcanization tunnel.

First quality control.

First treatment with a silicone component.

Vulcanization: slow drying in an oven at a constant temperature for 2 to 5 days.

Manual silicone treatment.

Final quality control.

To extend the lifespan of the rubber bands, it is recommended to protect the elastic by periodically treating it with liquid silicone.
