Me ha llegado totalmente rota, he tenido que poner 3 reclamaciones para que me atendiesen y sigo esperando una solución.
Estamos reclamando a la agencia de transportes el sisniestro. Tal y como indicamos en las condiciones de venta, si el paquete se ve deteriorado, debe indicar al transportista la incidencia o directamente rechazarlo, cosa que no hizo. La incidencia nos la comunicó el jueves noche, por lo que solo nos ha dejado un dia hábil para intentar solucionarlo. El lunes le damos solución, pero ya le digo que debe embalar la caña y el señuelo lo mejor posible, porque pasarán a recoger para devolución.
