Details
Medium-high range reel for surf casting built in CI4 + alloy that provides a very moderate weight for reels of this type.
It is also equipped with HAGANE cold forged gear technology, without having to provide subsequent machining. This gives it greater smoothness and strength under high workloads than other traditional forged reels.
Another technology included is that of the X-Ship, which is a combination of features to provide higher performance.
X-Protect technology prevents water from entering the reel due to spray or splashes from the waves.
Other technologies applied to the Surf Leader CI4 + are:
Free Body: the reel's center of gravity is closer to the rod and this translates into better casts and less fatigue.
Parallel Body: The reel body is aligned with the rod, so the line rubs less with the rod and produces longer casts.
ARC Spool: Angled lip spool for less friction of the line with the spool.
Hi Speed Drag: High speed brake that with a small turn of the brake cap creates a brake ready for combat.
A-RB: Shielded stainless steel bearings that prevent corrosion and loss of efficiency.
One-Piece Bail: the one-piece pick-up avoids unwanted snagging of the line and a better positioning of this in the thread guide.
