Description
The new Shimano reel for light spinning techniques and rock fishing, both for fresh and salt water is called VANFORD. The novel MGL rotor design offers a great improvement in reel sensitivity thanks to its light and responsive rotation for meticulous lure control.

The new Vanford reel comes equipped with most of the new technologies applied by Shimano, among which the Hagane method stands out, where a cold forging is applied to the gears, with a resistance and durability superior to that of traditional methods.
Another important characteristic is the use of the CI4 + in the manufacture of the body, obtaining a reel that is very light and at the same time highly resistant to torsion.
The new design of its Magnumlite rotor with its new asymmetric shape, provides a smoothness in the recovery of the line.
It has been protected from the ingress of water inside caused by splashes and sprays of water, by applying a triple containment lip according to X-Protect technology.
Its bearings are protected against corrosion and the harmful effects of salt and sand.
Other applied technologies are Micromodule II, Free Body, X-Ship and Silent Drive among others.

buenas,hace unos años compre en vuestra casa el carrete shimano aernos 2500 fb,mi pregunta es si puedo pescar con el en la mar ya que yo lo uso para agua dulce.muchas gracias.
Se puede, pero hay que hacerle mantenimiento despues de cada uso

El pomo va a rosca quitando el embellecedor del pomo.
Buenas en las fotos del carrete shimano vanford aparece con el pomo de agarre de plástico y también en goma eva.es opcional o se compra como accesorio aparte.gracias.un saludo
El de goma EVA es del tamaño 5000, los demás son de plástico engomado (más grande en modelo 3000 y 4000) y más pequeño en los modelos más pequeños
Excelente servicio, rápido y seguro. Lo único que no me gustó es que el carrete Shimano que compré no viene con la hoja de garantía directa de Shimnao, todos los carretes Shimano vienen con la hoja de garantía de 10 años, me gustaría tener una explicación al respecto.
Shimano solo da 3 años de garantía en los carretes y cuentan a partir de la fecha de factura
Es un carrete que no pesa nada. Me llegó impecable y en 24h ya lo tenia en casa (Catalunya). Envio rapidísimo!
